Kashmir

Freedom is coming

Beautiful Valley (region) between the beautiful Himalayan Range & Pir Pangal Mountain, a place of simplicity and pure natural beauty, Kashmir. Kashmir has a place of approximately 222,236 sq. km (85,806 sq. mi) has a large variety of land ranging from streams, snow-capped valleys, coniferous hills to rivers drained by glaciers.

Kashmir is the place of peace but there is no peace due to RSS Hindu Extremist Organization and Indian Government, who is working on Hitler’s Ideology. In 1947 the countries of Pakistan and India came into being. The partition decided the fate (dignity) of millions. But, the people of Kashmir faced an uncertain condition, wanted to join Pakistan but due to rebel Maharaja Hari Singh, The Hindu ruler of the beautiful valley Kashmir managed to preserve the valley independent for two months. He achieved this by signing a standstill agreement with Pakistan and sending the same agreement to India, which supported continuing negotiations but modified in October 1947. When the Maharaja took weapons from Muslims who had been conscripted to the British Army. The arms were distributed to local Hindu village defense forces from RSS and this provoked a rebellion, supported by the Pashtun tribesmen from Pakistan. The tribesmen were operating without Pakistan’s permission. The rebel Maharaja requested military help from India going against standstill agreement. The Indian Army, along with the RSS the Hindu extremist organization, organized a campaign program against Muslims in Kashmir. Due to this, there is a dispute. Over the number of innocent Muslims that were martyred. The numbers are anywhere between 20,000 to over 100000. On October 26, Maharaja negotiated a temporary arrangement ceding Kashmir to India. Maharaja ‘s accession opposed by Pakistan, claiming that it had no power to sign an agreement with India. When a standstill agreement with Pakistan was still in force On October 27, 1947, this led to the first India Pakistan War. During the war, India’s then-prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru promised a referendum. He said

" ……. The people of Kashmir would decide the question of accession. It is open to them to accede to either Dominion then."[1]

A little more than two months later, India referred the conflict to the United Nations (the pot calling the kettle black). A resolution was passed on 21 April 1948. Leading the two sides to remove their arms. If this occurred, a referendum was to be conducted to enable the people, citizens of Kashmir, to decide their political future, but the Indian troops were never withdrawn and the referendum never took place on January 1, 1949. So, ceasefire line became the de facto border, splitting Kashmir in two over the next 73 years. Pakistan & India fought three wars over Kashmir making it the most militarized zone in the world. Whenever India tries to fight and concuer Pakistan’s Kashmir it losses every time a lot of army soldiers, aircraft & checkpoints. The latest example is of 27 February, on the day India lost two military jets, and Mi-17 V5 helicopter and a Piolet, tea lover of Pakistan Abhinandan Vardaman captured by Pakistan Army. Pakistan & India’s dispute over Kashmir is one of the world’s longest conflict. Indian Army & Indian Government killed, injured & imprisoned thousands of Kashmiri people daily, and violate human rights. The current situation, in which Kashmiris have been restricted from communicating outside their country (the outside world). It has been 351 days as of 20-7-2020 since a brutal lockdown was imposed in Kashmir. People of Kashmir are being questioned to prove their nationality. This is how the “Rohingya Genocide” started. India lost its mind. The current situation is alarming for the world that was begin when India revoked Article 370. I tried to explain when a rebellion Maharaja Hari Singh signed a temporary arrangement ceding Kashmir to India after that referendum is decided. After 27 October 1947, Kashmir was given special status within the Indian constitution — a status that ensured that Kashmir would have independence from all but communications, foreign affairs, and defense. By doing this India tries to fool Kashmiris but Kashmiris are clever they know the trick and real picture of India. After 72 years, India realizes Kashmiris aren’t caught up in the trick. So, the special status was revoked by the Government of India on 05 August, 2019. Since the decree, the Indian authorities have also imposed an unprecedented lockdown in the region, shutting down all lines of communication, restricting movement, and putting prominent Kashmiri politicians under house arrest. The Indian Army is so scared in Kashmir alone as India maintained around 950,000+ troops.

No one can imagine the size and magnitude of problems in Kashmir. The leaders of the world must look beyond the trapping of trade and strategy. Kashmir is plunged into deepest darkness. The entire Muslim ummah is busy in enjoying the luxurious life and doing nothing for Kashmiris except Turkey and Malaysia with non-muslim country China. who supported talks on Kashmir in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and all other Muslim Leaders are sleeping till now. The Government of India doesn’t want any media to cover whether it be the Indian media or the international media to report freely out of Kashmir. In particular, a few selected journalists who have to to be sympathetic to the government have been literally flown there parachuted and they are the only one who seems to be allowed to operate. Global media ‘ignoring’ Kashmir because they work on others’ commands and hide truths.

Lastly, I want to discuss about Education in Kashmir. Due to lockdown, there is no study programs continuing in Kashmir. They also lost a lot of Education because the early age of children, this is the most impressionable age when you learn when your learning should not get retarded. There should no blockage in this free flow of learning. Once, you put bearers in the free flow of learning, you throw the nation into the streets of darkness, far behind the world. This is the un-ignoring cruelty.

In my opinion, the solution of Kashmir will not be solved by making dialogues. We are capable to get it back, but unfortunately we are just limited to dialogue. India will not give it back by dialogues. We need to work physically, not just dialogue. We have to use power. For saving humanity the use power is not the bad decision. Our Fathers, mothers, brothers & sisters are suffering from brutality daily, and we are just trying to get it back from last 73 years by just talking not taking a serious action. We are just doing dialogues from 73 years, there is no output yet. This is so shameful for us. The dispute is started by India but we will finish it IN SHA ALLAH. Kashmir will cause India to be split into different parts and to be erased from the map. Pakistan Zindabad.
